loan, render an approval decision, or market our products
- and we collect most of this information from consumers
through our call center, Web site, or as part of our application
process. Occasionally we gather additional necessary information
from public records, credit repositories, or approved business
affiliates and partners.

may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads on
our behalf. These companies may employ cookies and action
tags (also known as single pixel gifs or web beacons) to
measure advertising effectiveness. Any information that
these third parties collect via cookies and action tags
is completely anonymous. If you would like more information

We
retain all information in-house except when required to
share it with our partners as a necessary function of the
lending process. Such partners include title and escrow
companies, appraisal services, and to a limited extent,
our business affiliates and partners.

time to time, JC Capital will send marketing information
and special promotions to our customers via e-mail, direct
mail, or phone. Because we respect the privacy of our customers,
JC Capital provides an "opt-out" feature (see
below) for those who wish to be excluded from our marketing
lists.
JC
Capital does not sell or share customer information to unaffiliated
third parties except as expressly permitted by law. In addition,
JC Capital may engage in joint marketing efforts with third
parties which may require us to provide limited information
that will enable both companies to offer products and services
that we feel will benefit our customers. In all cases, JC
Capital will be identified as the primary marketer of the
product or service, and in every case the third party will
be held to the same high level of confidentiality as that
of JC Capital.
Security
The
security of your personal information is our first priority
at JC Capital. We have taken extraordinary measures to make
sure that the information you send to us is seen only by
authorized people.
Your
financial information is not kept on our web server, but
on a different computer that is separated from the Internet.
Even in the unlikely event that our web site is "hacked",
your data will still remain securely out of reach.
To
retrieve information about your loan status, you are required
to enter both a password and the email address you provided
when establishing your account.
Opt-Out
We
understand that you may not be interested in hearing about
money-saving promotions or other exciting programs. We respect
your time and privacy and do our best to send only information
that we feel is relevant and beneficial to you. However,
if you still wish to opt-out of our notification list, simply
contact us at opt-out@jc-capital.net
If
any of the information you enter differs from what is stored
in our database, we may not be able to remove your name
right away. Please be aware that it may take a few mailing
cycles before your information is deleted from our list(s).

Capital reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove

alert you that changes have been made by indicating on the
Privacy Statement the date it was last updated.
